What will we do?

During September and October, we will engage with our citizens, customers, staff and partners to understand what: 

  • people want to see and do in the future 
  • people want and need from the Council 
  • the Council should stop doing, could do less of and could do differently 

The feedback will be shared with our Councillors so they can direct Council resources towards areas of highest priority.

How can you get involved? 

We held one online and one drop-in Community Conversation in each of the 12 Wards across our region between 27-29 September and are grateful for the feedback provided by attendees.

We want to extend the opportunity for you to speak to us and will hold 5 additional online sessions during the week commencing 20th October.
