You can request a copy of your current council tax bill or request a refund for a credit balance using our online forms.

The copy bill request form linked below only relates to bills for open accounts in the current financial year. If you require a copy of a bill for a previous year or for a closed account you should email us on counciltax@dumgal.gov.uk

Refund for credit bill
If you have received a Council Tax bill showing a credit balance, you can request a refund by clicking the link below. Please allow up to 30 working days for the refund to be returned to you.
