Register your child on iPayimpact
Primary Pupils
If your child is at Primary - Your child's school will provide you with an account reference to register your child on iPayimpact. This will be given to you via letter.
Secondary Pupils
If your child is at Secondary - You will need your child's NEC (Young Scots) card to register your child on iPayimpact. Your child will have received from their school a Young Scots NEC card. The first 14 digits of the card number is your child's account reference to link them to your iPayimpact account.
On iPayimpact select 'link an account' at the top of the page and enter your child's account reference. Click find account and establishment. Repeat for each child you want to add to your account.

Forgotten username/password
If you have forgotten your username or password reset it using the 'Login via with myaccount' 
button on the iPay home page.

Checking your balance and making payments
Once signed in you can make payments and view your balance.
You'll be prompted to register a card and make payment.
Refunds
Balances under £5 will not be refunded but can be transferred to a siblings account. If the amount in the account exceeds this, you can contact the school's catering manager who will arrange your refund. A cheque will be made payable to you and sent to your home address.
