Street lighting faults and damage
We aim to attend urgent faults within 24 hours and repair others within 10 working days.
- repairs may take longer at peak times (eg winter months)
- some of our repairs need to be carried out by a third party and may take longer
Please note our system does not currently generate an acknowledgement or update in relation to reported faults.
We are in the process of reviewing our systems to ensure we can improve customer experience in the future.

- identification number on the lamppost
- address and number of the adjacent property
- nature of the fault or damage
These details will help us to make the repair more quickly.
