Please note that starting from Saturday 21 December the Ice Bowl will operate on a Festive Timetable.  We have outlined the skating times below, please contact the IceBowl direct for all other times.

Sunday 22 December - Public Skating - 2pm to 3.30pm
Monday 23 December - Public Skating - 12pm to 1.30pm and 5.30pm to 6.30pm

4pm to 5pm: Solway Sharks, Learn to Play Academy (15 years and under)

11am to 12noon: Snowtots (5 years and under only)
12noon to 1.30pm: Public skating
7.30pm to 9pm: Ice disco

Saturday 
9am to 10am: Skate UK Star (block booking)
10.15am to 11.15am: Frozen family fun

8.45am to 9.45am: Solway Sharks, Ladies Learn to Play Academy (ladies only - all ages welcome)

Skating lessons

Lessons for children (18 months to 15 years) take place on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The lessons last 30 minutes each week and cost £3.60 per session but need to be booked and paid in blocks.

Lessons for adults (16 years and over) take place on a Saturday. The lessons last 30 minutes each week and cost £6 per session but need to be booked and paid in blocks.

Solway Sharks Junior Ice Hockey Club  - ice hockey from under 10s up to senior levels
Coaching, team opportunities and development with training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Solway Sharks Ladies Ice Hockey Club  - ice hockey for female players
The club train on Tuesday nights and play matches in the English North Division 1 League.

Solway Sharks  - any home matches face-off at 7pm on a Saturday night
The club play in the Moralee Conference of the National Ice Hockey League (North).

Lowland Raiders Ice Hockey Club  - pathway from learn to play through to recreational level
Training takes place on a Sunday night.

Dumfries Demons  - the oldest ice hockey club in Dumfries
Learn and play ice hockey from 18 years old.

Dumfries Ice Bowl Curling Association  - promoting curling locally
Organising senior leagues, competitions and coaching.

Dumfries Young Curlers  - junior training programme
Coaching for young curlers aged 6 years and older.
