Intervention: Local River Crossing Link (option 4)
Description: Create a new localised river crossing between Troqueer and Kingholm
Aim: Improved but localised access to the Crichton and DGRI sites. Does relieve traffic on St Michaels Bridge in the short term
Cost: £9m
