Description: Review operation of Buccleuch St Bridge, revise traffic signal stop lines and pedestrian island at Whitesands end of bridge

Aim: Minor improvement to the operation of the traffic signal controlled junction to reduce delays

Steps: Bring stop lines forward on Buccleuch St Bridge; Move pedestrian crossing point and stop lines back on the Whitesands & Modify traffic signal layout.
