Standard conditions are attached to licences granted or renewed under the Civic Government (Scotland Act 1982 and are determined by the licensing authority.

The conditions must 1) be reasonable and 2) not be inconsistent with any mandatory conditions which may be prescribed by the Scottish Ministers.
