Provision of Road Humps - U508a Shawhill Road and U543a Kimmeter Place, Annan
The Dumfries and Galloway Council intends to construct road humps under Section 36 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 at the locations specified in the Schedule below and hereby gives public notice of the proposal under Section 37 of the said Act.
Details of the proposals including plan (TM/A/01/141A) and drawings (MISC/R/61B and MISC/R/62B) can be inspected during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 30 July 2010 and 27 August 2010 at:
- Annan Town Hall, 16 High Street, Annan DG12 6AQ
- Planning and Environment, Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS
