Amendment of Waiting Restrictions - U981 Ednam Street / U985 Murray Street
NOTICE is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
- The general effect of the Order will be to impose amended 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions on specified lengths of Ednam Street and Murray Street, Annan.
- Exceptions to the proposed restrictions are as stated in the Order.
- Details of the proposals, with plans (10/TRO/L/04) showing the amended restricted lengths of road, Draft Order, and Statement of Reasons may be inspected at DG First, Harthill Depot, Glasgow Road, Lockerbie and One Stop Shop, High Street, Annan, during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 16 July 2010 and 6 August 2010.
- Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds, to the undersigned by 6 August 2010.
