Waiting Restrictions - Central Avenue, Gretna
NOTICE is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council have made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
- The general effect of the Order will be to impose "No Waiting At Any Time", restrictions on specified lengths of Central Avenue, Gretna. The Order shall commence on 28 June 2010. The effect of the Order is as stated in the Annandale Observer dated 14 May 2010.
- The Order (as made), relevant plan (10/TRO/L/02) and Notice may be inspected at DGFirst, Harthill Depot, Glasgow Road, Lockerbie and Richard Greenhow Centre, Gretna during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 25 June 2010 and 6 August 2010.
- Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 23 June 2010 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
