Dumfries and Galloway Duke of Edinburgh's Award Association

The Dumfries and Galloway Duke of Edinburgh's Award Association, Registered Charity no. SC 032701, was set up in 1972 with the original aim of supporting and developing the DofE in Dumfries & Galloway. It has been running strongly since its inception and year on year there is more planned than ever!

Duke of Edinburgh Dumfries and Galloway Award Association

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award aims to inspire, guide and support young people in their self-development and recognise their achievements.

Our goal is to strengthen the DofE by continuing to broaden and extend its reach to the many communities that comprise contemporary United Kingdom.

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is a registered charity and relies on the generous support of volunteers, local authorities, business, trusts and individuals to meet its commitment to help all young people realise their full potential.
