Commercial premises may choose which registered waste carrier to use to collect commercial waste. If you request Dumfries and Galloway Council to collect your waste then a number of options and terms apply.

• Commercial wheeled bins and commercial refuse sacks (blue sacks) can be supplied and serviced by the Council (charges apply).
• Invoices will be issued quarterly in advance for scheduled uplifts.
• Charges for wheeled bin collections assure regular uplifts of your waste and annual renewal of Waste Transfer Notes, required to comply with the Duty of Care.
• Any required change to your service provision should be reported as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary invoicing and to comply with the Duty of Care.
