As part of the Dumfries and Galloway Real Nappy Project it is possible to claim £30 cashback if you buy real nappy products to the value of £50 and over (or provide a letter confirming the use of real nappies by your Health visitor). The cashback offer is subject to availability.

To claim the £30 cashback offer please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check the Terms and Conditions below to see if you are eligible.

Step 2: Email realnappies@dumgal.gov.uk to request a Cashback claim form. Please state your name, address and postcode.

Step 3: Return the completed claim form questionnaire and receipts for real nappy products to us at the address shown below. (If no receipts are available, please attach a letter from your Health Visitor supporting your use of Real Nappies.)

Terms and Conditions

1. The £30 Cashback offer is only available to Dumfries and Galloway residents.
2. One cashback offer will be available for each baby.
3. To claim, complete the cashback claim form and questionnaire and supply itemised receipts* showing a minimum spend of £50 on real nappy products.
4. Real nappy products include real nappies, liners, wraps (covers), nappy bucket, nappi nippas.  If you are unsure please contact us for further details.
5. The real nappy products have to be purchased after 1st November 2005. (If no receipts are available, please attach a letter from your Health Visitor supporting your use of real nappies.)
