Minnigaff Primary School was built in 1968 to replace the original building in Old Minnigaff.  

The school is housed in a single storey brick building with a large grassed playing area to the rear. 

There are four classrooms where children are taught in composite classes - P1/2, P2/3/4/5 and P6/7.
