Further Information

Moffat Academy dates from 1834 when the local Parish School was amalgamated with the Grammar School, originally founded in 1639.  The Academy occupied its former site since 1834 but moved in to new premises off the Holm Road in January 2010. The new building has a wealth of modern features and facilities to support education in Moffat in the 21st century.
