There are three associated primary schools including our own primary department on campus, Carsphairn Primary 20 km to the north and Kells Primary in the nearby village of New Galloway.

At the end of S4 pupils will travel to Castle Douglas High School for their senior years previously having transferred to Kirkcudbright Academy.
