  The National Consumer Advice Helpline is provided by the Citizens Advice Service. Any consumer queries should be made in the first instance through the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline on 08454 04 05 06. Complaints that require further action will thereafter be referred to the appropriate Trading Standards Authority.
